The objects/dolls are my artistic response, my ineffable reactions to living in a vibrant, beautiful valley.

Dolls have an immediacy; a tactile appeal that other more “remote” forms of art lack—a doll beseeches touch and interaction, whether positive or negative, it is almost never neutral. My one-of-a-kind art dolls are an almost visceral expression of my love of and ties to my small part of the world.
